Grace Community Schools offers FREE Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) classes.

Children who participate in the VPK program will learn the fundamentals of letter sounds, numbers, shapes and colors, in addition to important social and emotional skills all to prepare students for success once they enter Kindergarten.

The program will consist of 540 hours of instructional hours, in which classes will be offered on several schedules to accommodate working parents. Parents will be responsible for paying for any additional hours beyond the allocated 540 instructional hours. Grace Community Schools has a warm and loving staff and the capacity to educate a limited number of VPK students.

Grace Community Schools are accredited by the N.A.C.E.C.P.P.P and have been DCF certified as a Gold Seal Quality Child Care Center. The teaching professionals who work at Grace Community Schools speak two languages and educate children following the WEE Learn Curriculum and Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten standards.

To register for the program, parents can visit a registration site or 4C located at 2675 Winkler Avenue in Fort Myers with proof that they live in the state of Florida and their child’s age.
Once a parent has received their Certificate of Eligibility they can enroll their child in the VPK program at Grace Community Schools by visiting any of our centers from 6:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
